A lot of mixed martial artsĀ fans probably were disappointed Ronda Rousey lost to Holly Holm at UFC 193 in one of the most shocking upsets the sport has ever seen.

Don’t include Miesha Tate and Cris “Cyborg” Justino among those people, though.

The two UFC fighters didn’t have an opportunity to fight Rousey at Saturday’s event in Melbourne, Australia, but they seemed happy Holm handed the now-former champion her first career loss with a devastating kick to the face in the second round.

Tate and Justino expressed their satisfaction via Twitter.

Tate was interviewed after the Rousey-Holm fight, and when asked for her reaction, she gave a spiritedĀ response that included some NSFW language.

This isn’t the first time Tate and Rousey have been involved inĀ trash talk, but don’t expect theĀ latest exchangeĀ toĀ be settled in the octagon for a while, if ever. It’s hard to imagine Rousey’s next fight being anything other than a title rematch against Holm.

It also should be noted that Tate already has lost twice to Rousey, so there’s no reason for Ronda to waste her time with a third bout against an inferior opponent.
