Paul Rudd is a huge Kansas City Royals fan, and on Sunday, he was part of the team. Or he helped them celebrate, at least.

The actor was at Citi Field to watch his Royals beat the New York Mets in Game 5 to win their first World Series since 1985, and he somehow found his way into the team’s locker room after the game. Third baseman Mike Moustakas realized Rudd was “way too dry” and recruited some teammates to douse the actor in champagne and Budweiser.

Rudd spent most of his childhood in Overland Park, Kan., which is just outside Kansas City, Mo. In fact, the actor jokingly invited the team and fans to a kegger at his mom’s house after the Royals won the American League pennant last season.

So, basically, Rudd is living out every baseball fan’s fantasy.
