Wayne Rooney is a soccer star and therefore not allowed to use his hands — only on the pitch, of course.
Anywhere else it’s a different story, especially if the Manchester United star is in attendance for WWE’s “Monday Night RAW,” like he was Monday in England. The world-renowned footballer was part of the show, getting the last laugh on one of his countrymen.
WWE superstar Wade “King” Barrett got into it with Rooney ahead of a match between Sheamus and Cesaro. The entire thing culminated at the end of the match when Barrett got in Rooney’s face, only to have his face slapped by the Red Devils legend. Naturally, the slap distracted Barrett’s buddy, Sheamus, allowing Cesaro — the good guy in the match — to secure the win.

So on Tuesday, the WWE star, as promised, went looking for his new rival.
