Blake Griffin will be sidelined for a bit.

The five-time All-Star suffered a partially torn quadriceps tendon Friday night in the first quarter against the Los Angeles Lakers, according to a team release. An MRI on Saturday confirmed the injury. Griffin will sit out for at least two weeks, at which point the injury will be re-evaluated.

Despite the injury, Griffin continued to play, tallying 13 points, 12 rebounds and seven assists in 36 minutes. He leads the Clippers with 23.2 points per game, and is currently slated to start on the All-Star team after the first voting returns.
