Even referees aren’t immune to a Roy Hibbert shove on the basketball court.

The Los Angeles Lakers center got into a scrum during the third quarter of Tuesday’s battle for ping pong balls against the Philadelphia 76ers. The pushing match escalated quickly, so one of the refs tried to come over and calm Hibbert down. However, Hibbert pushed him instead.

A move like that easily could have resulted in an ejection, but Hibbert only received a technical foul. The 76ers’ Jerian Grant also got a technical for his role in the scrum.

Oh, and believe it or not, Philadelphia beat Los Angeles 103-91 for its first victory of the season.
