When you think of women in UFC, Ronda Rousey and Holly Holm probably come to mind first. However, there is a new female star who is rising through the ranks.
Paige VanZant, who will headline UFC Fight Night Las Vegas on Thursday night, quickly is making her way up the strawweight division thanks to her 6-1-0 record.
She will put that record and her No. 7 ranking on the line this Thursday when she faces No. 3 Rose Namajunas as part of the build up to UFC 194.
So, it’s as good a time as any to start following one of the new stars in UFC.
