The Kraft family and the New England Patriots Charitable Foundation have teamed up with The Empowerment Plan, a Detroit nonprofit, to help the homeless.

The nonprofit group manufactures a coat that turns into a sleeping bag. The Kraft family is purchasing those coats and handing them out to homeless people at shelters all throughout New England. To find out how you can help, check out www.patriots.com/empowermentplan.
