The New England Patriots’ game against the Tennessee Titans on Sunday will have an extra meaning for Rob Gronkowski.

The Patriots tight end missed practice Friday, reportedly because a close family friend recently died. Ahead of New England’s Week 15 game at Gillette Stadium, Gronkowski took to Facebook to post a simple but moving tribute.

Patriots-Titans will kick off at 1 p.m. ET.
