New York Giants coach Tom Coughlin houseTom Coughlin is on the move.

The New York Giants coach’s 4,287-square-foot condo is on the market for $1.175 million, but, according to the New York Post, that doesn’t mean he’s leaving the tri-state area. Instead, Coughlin is looking to downsize from his Park Ridge, N.J., home, a source told the Post.

Coughlin has won two Super Bowls in his 12 seasons at the helm in New York, but the Giants have struggled of late and are in danger of missing the playoffs. But this change of scenery reportedly isn’t a result of that. In fact, Coughlin reportedly already bought a $720,000 townhouse in Wyckoff, N.J., according to NJ.com.

The three-bedroom, four-bathroom Park Ridge condo is listed on Zillow.com, which you can check out here.
