Brandon Marshall has been doing TV spots part time for a few seasons. He finally said something funny.
The New York Jets wide receiver recently appeared on Comedy Central’s “The Larry Wilmore Show” and discussed, among other things, his Jets and the impending Super Bowl 50 matchup between the Carolina Panthers and Denver Broncos.
To sum up the hilarity, Marshall thinks the Jets, who missed the playoffs after losing to the Buffalo Bills on the final day of the season, could beat both the Panthers and Broncos.
Of course, the whole thing was playful in nature — though we don’t doubt Marshall’s sincerity in the comments.
But better than the Panthers? We would’ve thrown tea bags at Marshall, too.
