Dave Dombrowski had his hands full when he was named president of baseball operations for the last-place Boston Red Sox.
The former Detroit Tigers executive approached the offseason with a number of needs to fill for the Red Sox and he did so by adding David Price, Craig Kimbrel, Chris Young and Carson Smith.
