The NFL will turn to arguably its most recognizable official this weekend.

Ed Hochuli will work as the referee for Sunday’s AFC Championship Game between the New England Patriots and Denver Broncos at Sports Authority Field at Mile High, the league confirmed Tuesday, according to FootballZebras.com.

This will mark Hochuli’s first playoff game this season — he was an alternate in the divisional round but wasn’t used — and his third Patriots game. Hochuli — you know, the jacked guy — worked as the referee for New England’s Week 10 win over the New York Giants and its Week 17 loss to the Miami Dolphins, according to WEEI.com.

Bill Vinovich will be the lead official for Sunday’s NFC Championship Game between the Arizona Cardinals and Carolina Panthers at Bank of America Stadium.
