Jabar Gaffney is in trouble with the law again.

The former Patriots wide receiver was arrested Friday in Sumter County, Fla., and charged with one count of marijuana possession, one count of drug possession and one felony count of drug possession, jail records showed, according to the Florida Times-Union. Gaffney was released after posting $7,000 bail.

The 35-year-old spent 11 seasons in the NFL with the Houston Texans, Patriots, Denver Broncos, Washington Redskins and Miami Dolphins. He’s had some legal trouble in the past, too, as he was kicked off the Florida Gators football team in 2000 for grand theft — he eventually earned his spot back — and was suspended by the NFL in 2012 for failing to report a 2010 arrest.

The Dolphins cut Gaffney a day before his suspension, and he finished his career with 5,690 yards on 447 receptions with 24 touchdowns.
