Former Baltimore Ravens free safety Ed Reed played plenty of games against the New England Patriots during his 12-year NFL career. He’s been on the winning end of some big games against New England, including the 2012 AFC Championship Game, but even he has a hard time explaining a way to beat Tom Brady and Co.

Inside the NFL asked its Twitter followers to tweet questions Tuesday for its experts, including Reed, and one of them was on how to beat the Patriots.

Instead of going into game plans, though, the new Buffalo Bills assistant defensive backs coach had one word for the fan — “pray.”

New England has lost before, so there’s obviously things teams can do to limit it. But Reed’s answer probably is music to Patriots fans’ ears, and the exact opposite for Denver Broncos supporters.
