FOXBORO, Mass. — The New England Patriots’ 6-foot-5, 265-pound Pro Bowlers both practiced Wednesday.
Tight end Rob Gronkowski, who missed practice Tuesday for undisclosed reasons, and defensive end Chandler Jones, who is making headlines off the field, were both present for the portion of practice open to the media. Jones hasn’t missed a practice since being taken to the hospital Sunday morning.
Patriots rookie guard Tre’ Jackson was the lone absence from the 53-man roster at practice. He participated Monday and Tuesday and was spotted in the locker room Wednesday morning.
Practice squad offensive lineman Torrian Wilson also was absent. It appears wide receiver DeAndre Carter took his place on the scout team.
