New England Patriots practice squad wide receiver J.J. Worton was arrested Saturday morning for an incident at a Foxboro, Mass. bar.

The former University of Central Florida wideout was charged with “two counts of indecent assault and battery on a person aged 14 and over and one count of assault and battery,” according to CBS Boston. He didn’t have to post bail, and he will be arraigned in court Monday, a source told the Orlando Sentinel.

The incident happened at Waxy O’Connor’s Irish Pub around 1 a.m. ET on Saturday. Worton said he brushed up against a woman accidentally at the bar, and he punched her boyfriend in the face in self defense, according to the police report obtained by CBS Boston.

A car was seen leaving the scene, and Worton was one of the two people in the vehicle. He told the officers after the car was pulled over that he was picked up from the bar. The two women later identified him as the man who assaulted them.

The Patriots didn’t comment on the situation, according to The Boston Globe’s Ben Volin.
