If Peyton Manning sticks to his ways, then the New England Patriots should have next to no problem defending the Denver Broncos on Sunday.

Real Football Network’s Pat Kirwan broke down Manning’s divisional-round performance ahead of the Patriots-Broncos AFC Championship Game on Sunday, and it turns out the Denver quarterback has quite a few tells.

What it comes down to is Manning’s pass to run ratio is 4:1 on shotgun plays and 1:3 when he’s under center. It won’t be that simple come game day, but it’s not as though the Broncos will drastically alter their game plan. And that’s why Kirwan thinks Patriots head coach Bill Belichick and defensive coordinator Matt Patricia will be able to handle Manning.
