Rob Gronkowski has been busy preparing for the playoffs, but he still had time to make a young fan’s day.

The New England Patriots tight end spent Monday night visiting Dorian Murray, an 8-year-old boy boy from Westerly, R.I., who’s spent the past four years of his life battling pediatric cancer. Doctors recently found cancer in Dorian’s spinal fluid, and the brave young man decided to stop his treatments with the new year.

He and his parents have since been asking everyone around the world to show their support for him with the hashtag “#DStrong” and Gronk answered the call.

Besides Gronkowski, Dorian has received signs of support from many countries, including Spain, France, Australia, Japan, Italy, Switzerland and even some from the Great Wall of China, which was his original goal.

“They’re just saying to keep fighting,” Dorian said, per WPRI-TV. “They believe in me. And it’s just really nice to know that so many people have my back for me.”
