Napoli currently leads the Serie A (Italian first division) with 44 points after 20 games, and Inter Milan trails by four points and two places. The race for the Italian championship remains tight, and the Napoli-Inter cup contest should be as competitive as most expect.
Inter Milan fell to Napoli 2-1 on Nov. 30. Gonzalo Higuain scored both goals for Napoli amid a stunning goal-scoring run. Inter Milan coach Roberto Mancini must devise a way to stop Higuain, lest the Argentine help Napoli knock Inter Milan out of the competition at the quarterfinal stage for the second consecutive season.
