11:25 p.m.: The Kris Versteeg trade has been made official.

9:55 p.m.: Here’s the price L.A. reportedly paid for Versteeg.

9:05 p.m.: It looks like the Kings are bolstering their scoring depth by acquiring Carolina Hurricanes winger Kris Versteeg.

8:30 p.m.: Hopefully the action increases soon.

7:30 p.m.: P.A. Parenteau had good chemistry with Islanders captain and No. 1 center John Tavares when he played in New York.

The Kings could use depth on the wings with Marian Gaborik out of the lineup with an injury.

Sunday marks the final full day before Monday’s 3 p.m. ET deadline, meaning we could see several more trades go down as the day goes on. It’s been an eventful deadline up to this point, with the Chicago Blackhawks’ acquisition of winger Andrew Ladd the highlight during a busy period.
