Cam Newton’s huffing and puffing wouldn’t fly in Sheriff Andy Taylor’s home.

Newton was rather moody after the Carolina Panthers fell to the Denver Broncos in Super Bowl 50, even storming out of Sunday’s postgame press conference following a few minutes of disinterested responses. The Panthers quarterback admitted Tuesday he’s a sore loser, which some see as childish.

One fan was able to find humor in Newton’s questionable postgame antics. And so he put together a mash-up video in which Taylor — the main character of “The Andy Griffith Show” — offers some excellent sportsmanship advice to Newton.

It’s actually pretty funny, mostly because of Newton’s dejected face being Photoshopped onto the body of Opie Taylor (played by a young Ron Howard).

The mastermind behind the witty mashup revealed in a Facebook post Wednesday that his viral video has been on a few TV channels in addition to breaking the Internet.

Now, if only Newton would actually heed the advice.
