Clint Dempsey is no stranger to the big stage.

As one of the most prolific international goal scorers in United States soccer history, Dempsey always seems to find the back of the net when it matters most. That trend continued Tuesday night in the Seattle Sounders’ 2-2 draw with Club America in the CONCACAF Champions League quarterfinals, when Dempsey scored a beautiful goal that, at the time, put the Sounders ahead.

He finished with both Seattle tallies.

Bravo, Mr. Dempsey. Bravo.
