This summer at Fenway Park is going to be action-packed, even when the Boston Red Sox aren’t in town.
Live Nation announced Monday that Dead & Company will perform two shows at Fenway Park on Friday, July 15 and Saturday, July 16 as part of the ballpark’s 2016 Concert Series. Tickets for the shows will go on sale to the public beginning Thursday, Feb. 18, at 10 a.m. ET, at RedSox.com/DeadandCompany.
The Fenway shows will mark the end of the group’s cross-country tour, which kicks off Friday, June 10 in Charlotte, N.C. The band took to the stage for its inaugural nationwide tour in October 2015.
James Taylor (Aug. 3), Pearl Jam (Aug. 5 and 7) and Billy Joel (Aug. 18) also are scheduled to perform at Fenway Park this summer.
