Cole Hamels is suing a concierge company after it allegedly ripped him off and stole $70,000, according to The Associated Press.

The Texas Rangers pitcher reportedly bought three VIP packages to the 2015 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show from London-based company Cornucopia, which included “a four-night stay in a luxury hotel, a limousine with champagne, goodie bags and access to the after-party and exclusive restaurants.” The lawsuit filed by Hamels and wife, Heidi, claims they received none of those perks and were denied entry to the show, the AP reported.

They are seeking $150,000 in damages — more than double what they originally paid — due to “fraud and misrepresentation.”
