Dustin Johnson’s young son has a thing or two to learn about golf etiquette, because stealing someone’s putter generally is frowned upon. Given the fact that Johnson’s kid is barely older than a year, though, we’ll cut him some slack.

Young Tatum Johnson was on hand over the weekend at Pebble Beach to watch Dad play some golf. In a video posted to the Instagram page of Johnson’s mother-in-law, Janet Gretzky, the youngster appeared to get loose for a little bit and wreak some havoc on the world’s No. 1 golfer, Jordan Spieth.

In a lighthearted moment, little Tatum sneaked onto the practice green, walked right up to Spieth and stole his putter to work on his own game.

Judging by Mrs. Gretzky’s Instagram page, it appears the little guy — like most kids his age — isn’t shy about taking things when he pleases. Just ask his grandfather, legendary hockey star Wayne Gretzky.

It’s probably a pretty safe bet that we’ll be seeing and hearing a lot of Tatum Johnson in about 15 years, either on the links or on the ice — maybe both.
