SAN FRANCISCO — Kamerion Wimbley played in three different cities during his NFL career, but the Bay Area always will hold a special place in his heart.

The linebacker spent his first four seasons with the Cleveland Browns and his final three with the Tennessee Titans, but neither is his favorite city. Instead, his two years spent in the Bay Area with the Oakland Raiders still stick out to him in retirement.

“I love the Oakland fans. I love the Raiders fans,” Wimbley told NESN.com’s Ashley Allen on Friday at Super Bowl 50 Radio Row. “I know they want to win. I really enjoyed being out here — I really believe this is my favorite city. I have to give it to the people out here. They really know how to make the team feel welcome, they know how to treat the players. I just enjoyed my time out here in the Bay Area.”
