For $5,000 you and one other person can enjoy a unique Super Bowl experience, thanks to Roman Harper.

Harper on Wednesday listed his Charlotte, N.C., house on Airbnb.com for two fans to enjoy for one day only — Super Bowl Sunday. The Carolina Panthers safety will be in Santa Clara, Calif., that day trying to stop the Denver Broncos from scoring, but he’ll allow a renter to enjoy his pad for a good cause.

“On Sunday, February 7, a super fan and their super guest will be able to feel right at home in my living room while I play in this year’s main event,” Harper’s listing reads.

“Kick back on my sofa while watching Super Bowl 50 on our 70 inch TV. Upon arrival, feel free to check out our outdoor junior Olympic pool with an expansive deck and deluxe courtyard, or our 4,000 s.f. spa-inspired health club with yoga room and complimentary fitness classes. As evening approaches, prepare your football finest and take advantage of the kitchen — it’s where I (and my mom) spend most of the time preparing for big games!”

The house rules should prevent mayhem, or football, from happening. They include:

“No football practice in the hallways. Take that to the yard (or the tennis courts).

“Sorry, no pets (especially Broncos).

“No cleats on the hardwood.

“No Events or Parties.

“Maximum 2 guests.”

Harper will donate the $5,000 to his personal charity, The Hope 41 Foundation, and Airbnb will match the proceeds.
