Surprise, surprise: another NBA team would like to lure Kevin Durant away from Oklahoma City.

The Thunder superstar and 2013-14 MVP is set to hit the open market following the end of this season. Ask 10 different people the latest rumor on where Durant will go, you’ll probably get 10 different answers. This is just the latest.

Despite losing All-NBA center Marc Gasol likely for the remainder of the season with a broken foot, the Memphis Grizzlies  hope to make a push in the playoffs, re-sign point guard Mike Conley, and lure Durant to create another “big three” in Memphis.

From Yahoo! Sports’ Adrian Wojnarowski:

“They are working to keep Conley in summer free agency, with Memphis planning to be one more contender with two stars that will try to persuade Kevin Durant to make it a Big Three, league sources said. Durant’s the longest of long shots in summer, but the short-term trade deadline directives are unchanged: The Grizzlies are determined to use the trade deadline to better the roster for a playoff push.”

It probably also should be noted that, through reports, Durant has somehow been tied to the Knicks, Rockets and Warriors — and that’s just in the last 10 days.

Nobody knows what Durant will do, but everybody is trying to find a way to be ready for him when he figures it out.
