Conor McGregor, meet your new opponent.
McGregor will fight Nate Diaz at UFC 196 on March 5 in Las Vegas now that Rafael dos Anjos has pulled out of his scheduled lightweight championship bout with the Irishman due to a foot injury.
The new combatants will meet face to face for the first time Wednesday during a live press conference from the UFC Gym in Torrance, California. It should be interesting given McGregor’s knack for talking smack and Diaz’s unwillingness to back down from the featherweight champion.
