The main event of UFC 200 looks like it’s going to be a bitter rematch of one of the year’s best fights.

MMAFighting.com reported Friday that UFC is close to finalizing a rematch between Nate Diaz and Conor McGregor. Diaz surprisingly upended McGregor earlier this month at UFC 196 in a non-title fight.

The fight at UFC 200 on July 9 also will be a non-title bout, per MMAFighting.com.

Diaz submitted McGregor with a rear-naked choke in a bloody, physical fight at UFC 196 on March 5. McGregor went up two weight classes to fight Diaz after his scheduled opponent, Rafael dos Anjos, missed the fight with a broken foot.

As ESPN.com points out, UFC president Dana White said the first fight drew roughly 1.5 million pay-per-view buys and brought in more than $8 million at the gate. That’s a pretty good base entering the UFC’s premiere event in July.
