There aren’t many, if any, teams in the NCAA Tournament more balanced and as deep as Xavier, but they’re still flying under the radar.
The Musketeers open their march toward March Madness glory Friday night in a 2-15 matchup in the East region against Weber State.
Xavier enters as a heavy favorite, but the No. 2 Musketeers better not take the No. 15 Wildcats too lightly. Weber State can score a lot of points, and it has won 10 of its last 11 games.
Tip-off in St. Louis is scheduled for 9:20 p.m. ET.
