2016 NFL Draft: Patriots Trade Fifth-Round Pick To Seahawks In Four-Pick Deal

The New England Patriots acquired the No. 147 pick (Round 5) of the 2016 NFL Draft in a trade with the Miami Dolphins on Saturday, and then they quickly traded the same selection to the Seattle Seahawks in a deal involving four total picks.

Here’s a recap of the trade.

New England receives: No. 225 (seventh round), 2017 fourth-round pick
Seattle receives: No. 147 (fifth round), No. 243 (seventh round)

The Patriots have made one selection on Day 3 so far. It was Georgia wide receiver Malcolm Mitchell at No. 112 (fourth round).
