Albert Pujols, the Los Angeles Angels’ first baseman, was the 2001 National League Rookie of the Year, is a three-time MVP and a 10-time All-Star, and owns six Silver Sluggers, two Gold Gloves and two World Series rings.

Now there are a couple of gold medals in the family.

Pujols’ daughter, Bella, who has Down syndrome, picked up a couple of swimming golds at a Special Olympics event this weekend.

Just a couple more awards to add to the Pujols trophy case.
