Bills Tweet Friendly Schedule Reminder After Tom Brady Suspension News

The New England Patriots received some unfortunate news Monday, and it didn’t long for the trolls to come out of the woodwork.

The U.S. Court of Appeals ruled to reinstate Tom Brady’s four-game suspension for his role in Deflategate. That means, as of Monday, the Patriots quarterback will miss the first four games of the 2016 NFL season.

Which leads us to the following tweet, which the Buffalo Bills coincidentally sent out just moments after the news broke:

We see no reason for the Bills to randomly advertise a Week 4 game in April — unless, of course, that game happens to be against your division rival that just found out it won’t have its star quarterback for said contest.

Bills head coach Rex Ryan has a long history of verbal sparring with the Patriots — and vice versa — so maybe he put Buffalo’s social media team up to this. Regardless, the Bills’ troll job certainly won’t be the last shot taken at Brady and the Patriots in the days to come.

New England plays on the road against the Arizona Cardinals in Week 1, then returns home to play the Miami Dolphins in Week 2 and the Houston Texans in Week 3 before battling the AFC East rival Bills in Week 4.
