Bryce Harper is keeping it 100 with his lumber nowadays.
Harper posted a photo to Instagram on Monday showing the knobs of his baseball bats, which now feature his “favorite emoji.” The stickers make total sense, because not only does Harper go full-throttle every time he steps between the lines, but he also is closing in on his 100th career home run.
Harper entered Tuesday with 99 career homers after hitting two over the Washington Nationals’ first five games of the 2016 season. We’ll see if the reigning National League MVP keeps the “100” emoji stickers on his bats even after reaching the milestone, but for now, just enjoy the uniqueness.
