Johnny Manziel’s New Job Offer Probably Won’t Please Troubled Quarterback

This probably wasn’t what Johnny Football envisioned life being like when he was taken by the Cleveland Browns in the first round of the 2014 NFL Draft.

Johnny Manziel is unemployed two years into his NFL career and it’s reasonable to assume his questionable off-the-field antics are driving away some potential suitors. He’s received at least one job offer that we know of, but it’s a far cry from the NFL opportunity the free-agent quarterback presumably is seeking this offseason.

Manziel already has been dropped by two agents this offseason. Nike kicked him to the curb, too. So, although the 23-year-old recently said he plans to address the issues in front of him, it’s hard to put too much stock into his words, especially when he’s spotted hitting the club scene almost every night.

Maybe Taco Time should reconsider its proposal.
