Jordan Spieth’s Painful Masters Implosion Leads To Quadruple Bogey On 12th Hole

That was hard to watch.

Jordan Spieth had dominated the past seven-plus rounds at the Masters, and he was just a few holes away from back-to-back wins at Augusta National before this happened on the 12th hole Sunday.

Uh oh.

That was bad, but Spieth still could bogey the hole and get away with minimal damage if his next shot didn’t find the water, too. But the implosion continued on his next shot.

He eventually made a quadruple bogey.

Spieth’s lead evaporated with that quadruple bogey, and he fell all the way down to 1 under, well behind eventual champion Danny Willett.
