Patriots Draft Arizona State Wide Receiver Devin Lucien 225th Overall

FOXBORO, Mass. — The New England Patriots have used up all of their picks in the 2016 NFL Draft.

The Patriots selected Arizona State wide receiver Devin Lucien 225th overall at the beginning of the seventh round.

Lucien ran a 4.49-second 40-yard dash with a 1.53-second 10-yard split, 6.93-second 3-cone, 4.30-second short shuttle, 34.5-inch vertical leap, 9-foot, 9-inch broad jump and 13 bench press reps of 225 pounds at his pro day last month.

Lucien caught 66 passes for 1,074 yards with eight touchdowns in 2015. He began his career with UCLA and caught 124 passes for 1,826 yards with 12 touchdowns in his four-year college career.

Lucien caught 12 of 24 passes over 20 yards in 2015 for 436 yards with two touchdowns, according to Pro Football Focus. He dropped just three passes on 98 targets.
