The New England Patriots don’t have a first-round draft pick Thursday night, but they do have social media. And they used it to take a clear jab at the league right when the 2016 NFL Draft started.

It has been a trying week for the Patriots, whose star quarterback, Tom Brady, had his four-game Deflategate suspension reinstated by the U.S. Court of Appeals on Monday. And that same controversy is why New England doesn’t have a first-round pick, which the league stripped from the team as punishment.

But the Patriots aren’t backing down, based on the Brady photo they posted on Instagram right as the draft began.

That wasn’t it, though. The team also switched its Facebook and Twitter profile pictures to the same Brady photo.
