It’s “win or go home” for the Boston Celtics on Thursday night at TD Garden.
The Celtics trail the Atlanta Hawks three games to two in their first-round, best-of-seven NBA playoff series after being blown out Tuesday in Game 5.
But the C’s are back in Boston for Game 6 and will hope to force a Game 7 by earning their third consecutive home win over Atlanta. Point guard Isaiah Thomas is expected to play Thursday for Boston after suffering a mild ankle sprain in Game 5.
