The Golden State Warriors can make history Tuesday night, as a victory over the Minnesota Timberwolves would make the Dubs just the second team in NBA history to win 70 games in a season.
It also would keep them on track to tie the 1985-86 Boston Celtics’ 40-1 home mark as the best in NBA history.
But three of Golden State’s eight losses this season have come against teams with a sub-.500 record, and Minnesota nearly pulled off an upset the last time these two teams met before ultimately falling 109-104.
