Most of the Premier League teams concluded their season Sunday.

Manchester United and AFC Bournemouth’s game at Old Trafford was postponed because of a suspicious package found at the stadium, but the other 18 teams have finished.

Leicester City, which nearly was relegated last season, won the EPL title in extraordinary fashion, defying the 5000-1 odds placed on it last August. It’s a feat that should give hope to the three teams that are promoted to the EPL from the second tier of English football (the Championship).

Here’s a recap of which teams are being promoted to the Premier League for 2016-17, as well as those being relegated to the Championship.

Teams Promoted to Premier League From Championship
Burnley: Won the Championship with 93 points to return to the EPL after a one-season absence.
Middlesbrough: Clinched second place in Championship with 89 points.
Brighton, Derby County, Hull City, Sheffield Wednesday: Four clubs currently are competing in the Championship playoffs for the final EPL promotion spot. Sheffield leads Brighton 2-0 entering Monday’s second leg. Hull leads Derby 3-0 entering Tuesday’s second leg.

Teams Relegated to Championship from Premier League
Newcastle United: Finished three points from safety, ending a run of five straight seasons in the EPL.
Norwich City: Relegated back to the Championship after being promoted to the EPL after 2014-15 campaign.
Aston Villa: Finished with just 17 points.
