Blue Jays Slugger Troy Tulowitzki Can’t Sell His Colorado Home, But Why?

Apparently, no one with $5 million is looking to buy a mansion in Colorado.

Former Rockies All-Star shortstop Troy Tulowitzki has been trying to sell his Colorado home for several months without any luck. Tulowitzki, of course, was traded to the Toronto Blue Jays last July at Major League Baseball’s non-waiver trade deadline.

The mansion features “14,157 square feet on 2.5 gated acres with jaw-dropping mountain views, a five-car garage, two large studies, a caterer’s kitchen, and ‘one of the largest exercise rooms you’ll ever find in a home,'” according to Realtor.com.

The 31-year-old shortstop hit the disabled list Saturday, so maybe now he’ll have a bit of time to find a buyer.
