Craig Kimbrel Turning Season Around After Rocky Start To Red Sox Career

Craig Kimbrel didn’t get off to the best of starts with the Boston Red Sox, but his recent stats show him moving in the right direction.

Kimbrel has lowered his ERA to 2.65 entering Tuesday’s game against the Kansas City Royals, and he’s allowed one hit and zero runs in eight appearances since blowing a save against the Houston Astros on April 24.

Hear NESN’s Dave O’Brien and Dennis Eckersley talk about Kimbrel’s recent success in the video from “Red Sox Gameday Live” above.
