Ford Donates Refrigerated Delivery Vehicle To Greater Boston Food Bank

Ford Motor Company and the Greater Boston Food Bank have teamed up to create a cool new way to helpĀ strike out hunger.

Ford on Friday donated a Transit van to the local food bank, which isĀ dedicated to ending hunger in Eastern Massachusetts by distributing enough food to provide at least one full meal a day to those in need. The van comes complete with a refrigerated storage unit, which can help the Food Bank achieve itsĀ goal by effectively delivering perishable goods.
