The 2016 Preakness Stakes is less than a week away, and trainers are about to make the final preparations for what promises to be a fantastic horse race.

The focus, of course, will be on Nyquist. He won the Kentucky Derby earlier this month and will attempt to win the second leg of the sport’s Triple Crown when he races at Pimlico on Saturday.

Nyquist still is the favorite at -140, a line that hasn’t changed since last week. Unless something dramatic happens, don’t expect Nyquist to move from his spot atop the odds list.

The Preakness actually is about 100 km shorter than the Kentucky Derby, so Nyquist’s speed and strength should give him a tremendous chance to enter the Belmont Stakes in June with a chance at the Triple Crown.

Here are the odds for all of the horses in the field, via OddsShark.

Nyquist: -140
