Raptors Make Conference Finals For First Time Ever After Crushing Heat

The 2015-16 Toronto Raptors officially have gone further than any other squad in team history.

The Raptors crushed the Miami Heat 116-89 in Game 7 of their Eastern Conference semifinal series, setting up a conference final matchup with the Cleveland Cavaliers.

Kyle Lowry (35 points) and Demar DeRozan (28 points) led the way for the Raptors.

Game 1 of the Eastern Conference finals against the Cavs is scheduled for Tuesday at 8:30 p.m. ET in Cleveland.
