Vin Scully makes everything better, but can he improve one of the greatest scenes in baseball film history?

Scully, the longtime voice of the Los Angeles Dodgers, recently recited the famous “people will come” speech from the baseball classic “Field of Dreams” for a video on MLB.com.

In the video, Scully recites the speech over classic baseball highlights from over the years, taking the place of James Earl Jones, who originally delivered the monologue in the movie.

As is the case any time Scully talks, it’s awesome.
