Canelo Alvarez was locked in a close bout with Amir Khan on Saturday night in Las Vegas. Well, that was until Alvarez landed an absolutely brutal punch on Khan.
Khan almost was halfway toward claiming the middleweight championship, but Alvarez retained the title with a knockout blow at the 2:37 mark of the sixth round.
Yikes. That looks like it hurt, to say the least.
