A photo finish closed the Belmont Stakes, as Creator edged out Destin by a nose for the victory.
Lani made a late charge after a poor start to finish third.
The favorite, Exaggerator, wasn’t able to win another prestigious race following a victory at the Preakness Stakes a few weeks ago. He couldn’t make a final push and never found his way to second place or higher at any point in the race. Exaggerator finished 11th.
